This was a design given to us by the client with specific instructions on implementation. I built the site in WordPress and included a lot of page customization via plugins like Page.ly Multiedit and Verve Metaboxes so that pages would dynamically change via JQuery effects. I ended up taking out most of that functionality when the client requested it. I still think of this site as being one of the prettier ones I’ve built.
